This is a standalone Katawa Shoujo mod where you play as Miki Miura, a dark-haired tomboy who showed up in Hanako's route. The full game can be downloaded at for free. Many remarks of “Lilly best girl” and “Her story had the most feels” litter the comment sections of anything remotely pertaining to her character.
With ninety-nine percent completion I am confidently ready to pass a final assessment on Katawa Shoujo. Of course, a relationship affects two (or more) individuals,… Only did the Lilly route so far, took me like 8 hours. Katawa Shoujo is l set in the fictional Yamaku High School for disabled children, located somewhere in modern Japan.
